Return Policy


Digital Products

All sales of downloadable digital products are final. Once a file is delivered or downloaded, I cannot offer returns or refunds, except under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate Purchase:
    If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, email me within 7 days, and I’ll refund the duplicate transaction.
  • File Corruption or Access Issues:
    If you can’t access your download or the file is corrupted, I’ll reissue the product or provide a full refund if the issue can’t be resolved.
  • Product Not As Described:
    If a product does not match its description or demo, contact me within 7 days of purchase with a clear explanation. I may offer a refund or credit at my discretion.

Online Courses & Memberships

Access to course content is typically granted immediately upon purchase. As such:

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but a partial refund may be granted if:
    • No significant portion of the course has been accessed
    • A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved
    • A request is made within 7 days of purchase

Please note: Courses that have been heavily accessed or completed are not eligible for refunds.

Custom Work & Service Add-Ons

Customizations, priority support, or personal coaching add-ons are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled.

If the service is cancelled before delivery, a partial refund may be considered.


To Request a Refund or Report an Issue
Contact hi@traviskroon.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Product or service purchased
  • Reason for your request

I aim to respond within 48 BUSINESS HOURS.

Physical Products (Books, Merchandise, Printed Materials)

I accept returns and exchanges on eligible physical products within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-9 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Perishables or custom-printed goods
  • Opened or used items (unless defective)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or the wrong product was sent, please email hi@traviskroon.com with a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
